Administration

The Administration course and related classes have provided me with the knowledge, materials, and confidence needed to manage my own library. From the Administration course, I walked away with a plethera of budgets, suggested library floorplans, staff management tips, and much more. This class has provided me with the ultimate beginner's packet. I think the Research Design and Methadology class deserves to be placed under the Administration category. The bulk of this course focused on grant writing and included a mock grant proposal. I think I will find this grant writing experience very useful when I am in the library and in need of funding.
